The most comprehensive report on the views of market research professionals (n=2637) shows concern over sample quality from clients. Close to 50% of clients / insight buyers and 40% of insight generators believe sample quality is getting worse (see page 47/48 on the link below), interestingly sample providers seem to have more positive opinion. Time to take action and build confidence, what the clients think matters, let’s be customer centric !
